Early California Paintings

Thank you for your interest in our auction. No Buyer's Premium will be charged. 9.5% tax will be charged if a purchased item is picked up in California or shipped to a destination within California. Artworks may be shipped to the destination of your choice. Shipping and packing costs are the responsibility of the buyer. It may be possible to arrange to pick up your purchased items at one of our galleries in Carmel or Santa Monica, California. All items must be paid in full within 24 hours of auction end. Possession of purchased property will not turn over to bidder until checks have been cleared or arrangements for payment have been made with the gallery. All works are sold "AS-IS". Any questions concerning an item should be addressed prior to placing a bid.
