This can be due to reasons such as a winning bidder in a previous auction not paying for the item, multiple types of the same item or it is one of the few items listed with a reserve and the reserve was not met.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days. BUYERS PREMIUM AND SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Buyer agrees to pay for all shipping cost on return shipments. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchange after 7 days.

The customs office of your country may impose custom fees, import duties, tax or other charges to your order. These charges vary depending on the country. Gemstone Jewelry Auction cannot provide any estimates for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for details.

All merchandise are appraised for verification of gemstone andor metal weight, size, and grade. Appraisal values should not be purchased with the expectation to resell for appraisal price, or for profit.

All items will be shipped within 24 hours once the payment is cleared.
