2.GEMSTONE JEWELRY AUCTION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PASS ANY LOT AT ANY TIME DURING AUCTION.
3.Re-lists - Occasionally you may notice that an item is re-listed. This can be due to reasons such as a winning bidder in a previous auction not paying for the item, multiple types of the same item or it is one of the few items listed with a reserve and the reserve was not met.

Returns Exchange Policy
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days. BUYERS PREMIUM AND SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Buyer agrees to pay for all shipping cost on return shipments. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchange after 7 days.

Appraised Jewelry Certificate
All merchandise are appraised for verification of gemstone andor metal weight, size, and grade. Appraisal values should not be purchased with the expectation to resell for appraisal price, or for profit.
