RETURNS will be accepted for reasons of gross miscataloging or for authenticity issues only when a return authorization has been issued by EAC Gallery. No returns will be accepted without buyer obtaining a return authorization in advance of shipping. SHIPPING - Via ground UPS or other carrier selected by EAC unless other method has been requested by bidder and confirmed with EAC Gallery. Bidder will be invoiced for packing, insurance and shipping. All lots will be shipped fully insured. Damage to packages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, all packaging materials must be retained, and insurance claim procedures followed. All customs duties, taxes and fees are solely the responsibility of the bidder.
