3.) We are honored to be entrusted to sell at auction a large number of Fine Jewelry rings, necklaces, bracelets and brooches; vintage, antique and contemporary.
4.) E. M. Wallace Auctions & Appraisals is honored to represent select pieces on behalf of Premium Estate Liquidators (PEL). PEL, is a LLC of the YMCA Foundation of Sarasota. Sale proceeds generated at PEL support the Youth at Risk in Sarasota County.
5.) From the international collection of the living estate of a former Executive for Levi Strauss International, who traveled the world for the firm buying and shipping denim before retirement and as a Broker of Real Estate in San Francisco, Maine and Florida.

PAYMENT
Payment must be paid in full before property is released to shipper. Payment accepted includes: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Disc, Amex, PayPal and Check. Checks may be held for the funds to clear before releasing the property. In cases of non-payment, the Auctioneer's right to void the sale does not relieve the bidder from their obligation to pay both seller's and buyer's premium and any damages incurred from loss of sale. Paid items left beyond 45 days become property of the auction house and will be sold.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
A 23% Buyer's premium will be in affect and is additional to the hammer or purchase price. All Florida based bidders will be subject to a 7% Florida State sales tax; dealers are exempt from this if they have a valid Florida State Resale Certificate on file with E. M. Wallace Auctions prior to bidding.
