Prairie Moon Auctions shall have no responsibility for any error or omission and we make no representation or warranty as to whether the purchaser acquires any reproduction rights in any property. We reserve the right to withdraw any property before sale and the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder will be the purchaser. In the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, we will make the final determination as to whether the bid was successful. If an article sold cannot be delivered by reason of theft, breakage, or other damage prior to shipment, the sale shall be deemed canceled without any liability on the part of Prairie Moon Auctions. All sales are final and placing a bid is legally binding, so prospective bidders should contact us with any questions before bidding. Prairie Moon Auctions does not accept returns or exchanges. Payment may be made via credit, debit, or gift card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), or by certified check or money order. Prairie Moon Auctions does not accept PayPal or checks.
