Everything was perfect!

I had some personal complications that prevented my scheduled pickup. The folks who answered my call were simply amazing. The were kind and understanding, and I can report that was not a one off situation. Due to personal circumstances, my sister was looped into picking up my winning piece. And she too reported that the folks at capsule were helpful and courteous as well. Not something you expected out of a Manhattan auction house. I would highly recommend purchasing from this team and will be keeping an eye on upcoming events. Would much rather support those who treat others well. The transaction was seamless as you would expect these days. But it’s the customer service that will bring you back!

This is the most percentage that I’ve encountered to date … since they have some really beautiful stuff, perhaps I will stay away from their website as to not be tempted. The folks there were very proactive, helpful, and accommodating. Especially in payment and pick up. Although I also had to pay a New York State tax as well. Very pleased with my item. David

First time bidding at Capsule. Received condition report in less than 24 hours, clear communications regarding shipping options. All remaining questions answered promptly and completely. I was on a tight schedule for shipping, wired payment on friday, art work picked up on monday, shipped on tuesday, received thursday in Arizona. I use Bonhams, Heritage, Hindman/Cowans, and other smaller auctions. Capsule was a pleasure to deal with.
