Taurus Auction was very accurate in their description of the swords purchased. Their in-house shipping was very economical and was shipped promptly. Initially I was confused since Liveauctioneers listed their shipping invoice on website, but Taurus Auctions had excellent communication and informed me, at least for my purchase, they handled shipping in-house which as great. Would definitely purchase from Taurus Auctions without hesitation.

i paid cash for the boat and picked it up in April of 2021, and this auction house sent me an invoice to pay from the live auctioneers platform on May 15 2025 they are trying to cash on me twice be careful when dealing with them very sketchy and sneaky people manage this auction house of theft.

i picked up the watch and replaced a battery and watch didn't work, i tried to return it and the refused since i paid cash.

They have no clue what they are doing, no 18k in that piece just gold plated silver brooch. Went in to their store and told them not to charge me since it has no 18k gold in it and in not picking it up. and they still charged me and when I contacted one of the owners by text he has been ignoring me since then all for $337 they are loosing a customer, so I had to dispute the charges with my cc company called I would never do business with them again.

Each item received was exactly as it was described in the auction. The shipping process was also exactly as described. Immediately the clothes of the auction I got an email telling me their estimated time to ship and within that time I got a tracking number. Everything was as smooth as it could possibly been.

I could not be happier with my purchase. Shipped quickly and well.

I spoke to them prior to the auction starting about the piece I purchased. They were easily able to provide further information to answer all of my questions. When the auction ended, I had questions about payment and they were more than happy to explain everything that was already in front of me on the website. Once paid, they shipped it out. When I received it, I realized they packed it better then a gallery I had bought another piece from the same artist and the packaging was rather impressive.

I won several pipes at auction but came missing one of the pipes? I was contactby someone there who said there was a mistake and they would make it right. Two months ago..... Still nothing and no communication

The high-quality item was very well described in the catalog. The in house pack job was appropriate and pack/shipping pricing was very fair (which is becoming increasingly uncommon). The packaged item was shipped in a timely manner. Great services and no complaints!
