Most of what I bought was as described or close but some we’re not, one all bisque baby dolls toes were broken and one doll body was put together with mismatched pieces. All in all not bad I suppose but dolls need to be looked at a little better for condition. The shipper was extremely expensive in my opinion so they need optional shippers. I did get a few nice dolls anyway. They were nice to deal with.

Very happy great experience

This was only my second time purchasing through an online auction. The bidding and purchasing process was clearly explained and fairly simple. There was a bit of confusion regarding shipping (I had declined shipping, had an email exchange with staff to confirm, and drove to pick it up myself-but the shipping company didn't understand that and wanted to collect it to ship to me). However, I had no trouble accessing the auction house during business hours to inspect and collect my items. One of the owners greeted me, talked with me about their business, and even let me preview what was being inventoried for a future auction. I hope I find more treasures online through the Dotta Auction Co. They are very nice people and are careful while handling the items they sell.

I have found this auction to be about the most honest in the business. Items described with care. Any possible flaw pointed out & indicated with stickers. Many pictures. All good!
