Very poor communication with this Auction House. I never received my items. Paid to have shipped, an extra $100 that I was never credited. A shame of a company.

I don't think anyone actually occupies the office or answers the phone/emails. The packaging was laughable. Charged a small fortune to receive a $9 flat rat cardboard envelope with zero padding or protection. No surprise it was damaged and more so, the images purchased for $100 a piece (plus charges) had no protection from each other or from possible drops/bends. Literally placed in an envelope and sent. After receiving the items and realizing there were quality discrepancies (which the condition reports and photos did not really address), I reached out to them through email and phone call with not even a blip. After weeks of radio silence, I reached out to LiveAuctioneers for assistance, which was proving difficult for them as well. I would urge you to reconsider if you are bidding on items from this auction house or be ready for issues. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Dealing with shipping was a headache. I requested for the item to be sent via USPS Ground. They did not answer and went ahead with another shipping service and did not tell me until I requested the tracking number. I had to write multiple times to get the tracking number. Item got lost in the mail and arrived more than a week later shown as delivered. Item arrived all bent and with water stains due to improper packing. Overall I am dissatisfied with the quality of attention to costumers and the unacceptable damage the item suffered during shipping..

I received an invoice for the 5x7 unmounted photo that I won, and it included $50 shipping charges. I contacted them multiple times with no answer. I paid it and received my photo in a bent, cardboard USPS mailer. $50 shippping!!!!!!! unbelievable
