Laguna Art

LagunaART.com (a non-profit organization) was founded in 2004 by contemporary artist Shane Townley. It became a working website in 2014 with only 10 artists. In 2015 our iPhone app was introduced to the app store for visitors looking for art and culture in Laguna Beach. Our 1st physical location was formed in 2017 next to the Laguna Art Museum and across from Urth cafe, the corner space grew to all 5 retail locations in the building. In 2020 the physical space in Laguna closed and the virtual and artist memberships exploded to 400 artists. In 2021 the group of 400 artists were invited into a 8500 sq. ft space in the Shops at Mission Viejo next to Nordstrom and the Apple store. LagunaART.com art center is now an artist group of 400 artists rotated through the space open daily with a new exhibition on the 1st Saturday of Every Month (3-6PM) with live music, food and drinks.
