All bidders are required to register and give full identification prior to the beginning of the auction. Register early to ensure your approval for bidding by auction time. Auction registration must be made at least 48 hours before auction starts. Cy Young Days Charity Auction reserves the right to refuse admittance to any person(s). No transfer will be recognized from one bidder/buyer to another. All items are sold “As Is, Where Is”, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, made by the Seller, Auctioneer or Auction Company. All sales are final. By bidding on an item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction and acceptance of the item(s) being bid on. No bidder shall retract their bid. Online bidding during a live auction is a fast process, and as a result, there may be no confirmation given – bids will be taken immediately and are irrevocable. Any and all announcements or changes made by the Auctioneer at the time of the auction supersede any prior marketing materials. Ownership passes upon the fall of the Auctioneer’s gavel and buyer accepts risk for the item(s) thereafter. The Seller, Auctioneer, nor Cy Young Days Auction shall be responsible for loss, theft or damage. Successful bidders will be notified as soon as possible after auction ending. Bidders’ payment must be received within 5 business days upon receipt of notification. Bidders are responsible for all shipping costs incurred with their items purchased. In the event the buyer fails to pay for the entire purchase within the time set forth by the this Auction Company, and/or fails to comply with any of the conditions or terms of sale: the seller may retain and/or recover any monies paid as part of damages; items that are not paid for can be resold at public or private sale without further notice; any deficiency resulting from such resale shall be due to the Auction Company by the defaulting buyer together with all charges, fees and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees incurred by such resale and enforcement of the obligation here under. Successful Bid ' The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. In the case of a tie bid, the winning bidder will determined by the auctioneer at his or her sole discretion. In the event of a dispute between bidders, the auctioneer has final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to reoffer the lot in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, the sale record shall be conclusive. Title passes upon the fall of the auctioneer's hammer to the highest acknowledged bidder subject to the Conditions of Sale set forth herein, and the bidder assumes full risk and responsibility. Payment ' The buyer must pay the entire amount due no later than 5 p.m. on the fifth (5) business day following the sale. Payment in U.S. dollars only and may be made with credit card thru Live Auctioneers. Cy Young Days Charity Auction reserves the right to hold items that have not been pay for in full. All payments must be made in full before items will be released or shipped. Shipping may be delayed 7-14 days on certain items. Buyer Pays Shipping Cost. ITEMS WILL BE TAKEN TO OUR LOCAL SHIPPER PARTNER ONCE ITEM HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL AND BUYER TO CONTACT OUR LOCAL SHIPPER TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. It is up to the buyer to assume all responsibility for shipping costs. Unit Weight or Lot Weight may not be the final shipping weight. Contact shipper for final shipping weight.
