** PLEASE READ TERMS OF SALE ** * Payment: By placing a bid with us, you are agreeing to these terms. The auction house is not responsible for accidental bidding. Please take care when watching the auction and bidding. Payment is due at the end of each sale. We accept cash (In House Only), checks (must clear before picking up), Paypal, Traveler's checks, major credit cards (NO AMERICAN EXPRESS) or debit cards. Invoices over $10,000.00 must be paid by wire transfer or bank check unless other arrangements have been made. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. If a check fails to clear after second deposit, the purchaser will be held responsible for any and all fees incurred until we have collected good funds, including storage charges. Bad checks, fraudulent credit cards of purchases will be reported to the police and will be prosecuted by TIME & AGAIN, INC. to the fullest extent of the law. Purchasers who fail to pay in a timely fashion will face immediate disbarment from bidding on all internet bidding sites and will be reported to other galleries as well as given a dispute on Live Auctioneers until payment has been made. All invoices for merchandise MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 3 DAYS. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS AFTER THAT DATE. If your invoice is not paid for within 3 days of the sale, the auction house reserves the right to use the provided credit card for payment. * Sales Tax: Sales Tax will be applied to all invoices that will be picked up at 278 Monmouth Street in Hightstown, NJ unless the customer provides a valid Tax Exempt ID. * Condition: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS" & "WHERE IS". All items are described to the best of our ability but it is ultimately up to you (the buyer) to determine the value of the items you are purchasing as well as to ask questions regarding condition prior to the sale. * "Auction" does not ship. All purchases you intend to pick up in person must be collected from our auction gallery at 278 Monmouth Street in Hightstown, NJ by 4:00pm on Monday, July 8th (7/8/2019). All merchandise not removed from the auction gallery by this date will be released to a third-party storage and shipping company, DAKS Global Logistics in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, and moved to their warehouse facility without further notice to the buyer. From that point forward, DAKS Global Logistics will coordinate all shipping, delivery and collection arrangements. A one-time $25 handling fee will be assessed and a daily storage charge of $5 per lot/day will commence regardless of lot size or value. DAKS provides small shipping, crating and freighting services, white glove deliveries as well as consolidation services.
