Terms: ALL SALES ARE FINAL Live on line buyers are responsible for determining age, authenticity, value and/or other determining factors. All items in this auction are strictly "AS IS" AND THERE IS NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY ASPECT OF SUCH ITEM. In no event will Lebonick's Auction Service be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty for fitness of any such item for a particular purpose. On line bidders are the sole judge of value and authenticity as to whether the item is Prehistoric, Historic, Post Historic, or Modern Indian Artifacts. All sales are final. Bidding is contractual and bidders are hereby notified that payment is required for the final hammer price. On line bidders should wait to see where the BIDDING actually starts before establishing their initial bid. On line bidders are required to pay within 48 hours after the invoice is sent out to avoid disputes recorded with the on line service Buyers should call 618-444-6889 to pay with acceptable credit cards to provide the necessary billing information. Paypal is also accepted. We do not keep credit card information on file; therefore, repeat buyers need to call each time they make an internet purchase on line from our auction. There is a 22% buyer?s premium for on line bidders. Actual Shipping and Insurance charges are added to the invoice. All packaging is done in house and there is no handling charge added to the invoice unless a special shipping box is required. Be aware that invoices not payed within 48 hours could lead to disabling of bidders account and making all bidding unavailable through the on line service. Unpaid invoice will be sent to a collection agency which could affect your overall credit score. Floor bidders are required to pay before leaving the auction unless an agreement is made between the buyer and the auctioneer. Floor bidders will be provided at no cost, food, soda, & coffee. It would be appreciated that all those attending dispose of food waste in the proper trash containers. AUCTIONEER NOTE: Regarding COA's, it our observation that documents accompanying the artifacts are the author?s opinion and should be regarded as such.

We send all items registered mail and shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. All items will be subject to United States Postal Regulation.
