All lots will be bid on and sold that day. If you can't make the auction live that day you are able to leave absentee bids and have Ebay handle your bids. Buyer's Premium: A nineteen-percent (19%) Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bid price for internet buyers. Sales Tax: There will be a 6% (Six Percent) Florida State Sales Tax for purchases picked up from the auction site or shipped within the State of Florida. Payment: Payment is due within 24 hours of End Of Auction. Merchandise Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of end of auction. Merchandise Invoices must be paid before shipping quotes and invoices are given. Notification of successful bids will be made within 24 hours of auction close. In the event that the buyer of any lot fails to pay the purchase price thereof when due, the Auctioneer shall have the option, at its sole discretion, to (a) enforce payment by civil action or other proceedings against the buyer; (b) to void the sale as if said sale had not occurred; or (c) to exercise any other remedy or remedies available under the law, including but not limited to a second sale of said item, including the subsequent enforcement of any deficiency against the initial buyer.
