Each and every item will be sold to the highest bidder at auction. Seventeen percent (17%) buyer’s premium applies. Payment is expected within 3 days of receipt of invoice. Payment methods accepted: Paypal only. All shipping arrangements for furniture and large items must be made directly by the buyer to the shipping agent. Please contact our office for local shippers. Small items will be packaged and shipped through our office or a local shipper of our choice. Items will be shipped within 5 days of receipt of payment.
