All lots are sold as is with NO RESERVE PRICES! Please read the lot descriptions carefully before bidding. Should you have additional questions concerning the description or the condition of the lots please make sure to contact us PRIOR to the sale.
The buyer's premium for all purchases made via online bidding is twenty per cent (20%) of the hammer price.
Payment must be made in full within seven (7) working days of the sale. Accepted payment methods are wire transfer, VISA/MasterCard and PayPal. Please note that we do not accept American Express.
Buyer pays shipping cost and is responsible for making shipping arrangements through our recommended shipper or a shipper of their choice. For smaller items (or where it is possible) we will include the cost for regular priority mail (traceable, insured for max. USD550) in the invoice and ship items after having received payment a signed liability waiver from the Buyer as well as the payment in full.
If a Buyer arranges for a third party to collect a sold lot on the Buyer's behalf, we will require from the Buyer written evidence of the third party's authority to collect the lot in advance of releasing it.
