We may, at its discretion and at the purchaser's request, package and arrange for delivery as directed by the purchaser. We shall not be responsible for obtaining any permits or licenses on behalf of the purchaser and no sale shall be canceled or refunded for lack of purchaser's noncompliance with permitting and licensing issues.
