The Bidder specifically waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback dispute on any basis of claim and agrees that the Bidder will pay ICZ Auctions a minimum of $500 plus hourly charges and costs for any such chargeback dispute opened, due to the severe administrative burden of such disputes and their direct violation of the dispute provisions above. In the event that the Bidder violates this dispute resolution provisions, in consideration of ICZ Auctions approval of the application of the Bidder to bid in ICZ Auctions auction, Bidder confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by the Bidder against ICZ Auctions and further agrees that the Bidder is liable to ICZ Auctions for all damages, losses and costs, including time charges, resulting from chargebacks or any claims. We accept cash (In House Only), Checks,Wire Transfer and All Major credit cards. Purchases of $1,000.00 or above must be paid by wire transfer or certified check.ICZ Auctions reserves the right to hold property until checks clear. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. If a check fails to clear after second deposit, the purchaser will be held responsible for any and all fees incurred until we have collected good funds, including storage charges.
