Bidders pays shipping cost and applicable tax/duties. We ship within 2-4 business days after receipt of payment. Tracking numbers will be emailed once merchandise is shipped. All domestic shipments are insured at the total bid amount contained in the shipment. We pay for insurance services at our own expense as a security for both our bidders and 100 Carats. 100 Carati provides handling, packing and shipping services solely as a convenience for our bidders Europa shipments are ?20 , international shipments within the United States are ?35 and rest of the world ?50 Shipping cost is included in the bidders post sale invoice. PAYMENT We accept Credit Card, wire transfers and Paypal. International invoices over ?10,000 require a wire transfer, as do the sale and certain other high value items at our discretion. TERMS PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT Please be advised that by placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract with 100 Carati . If you are the successful and winning bidder, you shall have a legal obligation to purchase the property bid on from the seller. Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. Any questions before bidding should be resolved by contacting 100 Carati . 100 Carati reserves the right to withdraw or combine any lots listed in the catalog at any time with no liability. The successful bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer. 100 Carati and its Auctioneers will have final discretion in determining the successful bidder and in resolving any dispute between bidders. If any dispute arises after the sale, 100 Carati sale record shall be conclusive. Successful bidders must pay for the entire invoice before any items are removed or shipped from our gallery. All items must be paid for and removed within FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS from the date of auction. Occasionally you may notice that an item is re-listed. This can be due to a variety of reasons such as a winning bidder in a previous auction not paying for the item, multiple types of the same item or it is one of the few items listed with a reserve and the reserve was not met. Some Jewelry came from a jewelry manufacturing company that carries multiple similar items. Lots may have reserves or minimum selling prices. This confidential figure is set by consignor and 100 Carati . 100 Carati will exercise all reserve bids. The record of sale kept by the auction house is final if any dispute arises. There is an 10% Buyer's Premium plus shipping charges in addition to the final sales price. Bidding increments will be adjusted prior to start of auction. However, the auctioneer reserves the right not to follow it exactly as shown. Actual starting bids may be higher than shown on the internet due to Invaluable changing the starting bids to adjust to our bid increments. Occasionally the Internet cannot keep up with the pace of our in-house auction. Placing a realistic absentee bid prior to the start of the auction will insure that you bid on those items you most desire. Internet bids are not available to us until the lot is opened on the floor. Frequently, the floor responds before an Internet bid is accepted. Therefore, floor bids are always considered first over identical Internet bids. Due to the structure and speed of live Internet auctions, the final bid shown may NOT be the actual final bid. Please familiarize yourself with how live auctions work on the Internet before bidding. APPRAISALS : Many jewelry items sold by 100 Carati are evaluated by third party appraisal firms where certified Gemologists and some by skilled craftsmen in the sector evaluate the weight, size, and grade of gemstone and/or metal to determine the replacement value of the item. Please be advised that all appraisals are done for insurance purposes only and do not determine the actual value of the jewelry on auction. RETURN POLICY: All items are sold "as-is". If our description of an item is materially misdescribed, we will accept return of the item. However, we MUST HAVE NOTIFICATION OF RETURN WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ITEM BY BIDDER, as shown by DHL, UPS or FEDEX tracking data, and the item must be received by us within ten (10) days. Otherwise, all items purchased at auction are final sale and no returns will be accepted under any other circumstances. Return shipping is at the bidders expense. All authorized returns must be received in exactly the same condition as when originally shipped to Buyer, or they will be returned to Buyer at Buyer's cost. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. While 100 Carati representatives, to the best of their ability, describe the items for sale, any statement, whether oral or written, by the Auctioneer or by any 100 Carati representative are mere opinions and shall not be deemed a warranty or representation regarding the property offered for sale. The bidder is responsible for determining the age, size, condition and value of the property before bidding. By placing a bid, you signify that you have examined the property to your satisfaction or have chosen not to examine it. If 100 Carati is prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, its liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the property as paid by the purchaser.
