Catalog: Dinky's Auction Center has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold 'as-is' and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. Bidders are encouraged to attend the scheduled inspection. 2. Buyer's Premium & Sales Tax: There is a 15% buyer's premium plus a 5% Live Fee added to your total purchase for Online Bidding only. Please factor this into your bidding. No Buyers Premium will be charged to onsite buyers. Sales tax will be collected on the total, unless you supply Dinkys Auction Center with your tax form send to levi@dinkysaction.com .

If you have not contacted Dinky's Auction Center to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
