A non-paying bidder will be permanently blocked and reported as a non-paying bidder to Liveacutioneers. The buyer will be held responsible for any loss due to the item being resold in a subsequent auction including all fees involved with relisting the item. A winning non-paying bidder is in breach of contract and will be held liable for any attorney and court fees involved in recouping losses related to the resale of the item.
