Everything sold to the highest bidder (exceptions will be items with Reserves), bidders online will also be bidding against live auction floor, phone or absentee bidders. 12% buyer's premium- online bidding is 15%. Tax: Colorado State & City Tax will apply. All announcements day of the auction supersedes all other announcements and publications . Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on from the seller. Items with descriptions are stated by seller or "so says seller" and auction staff's personal opinion or comments are with no warranty. The buyer acknowledges that he or an agent has inspected all of the assets upon which he will be bidding and/or does purchase. All purchases to be paid for before removal unless prior arrangements have been made with staff. Online bids to be paid for DAY of auction or within 24 hours after being invoiced. Gorman Auctions reserves the right to authorize the credit card prior to bidding, as a deposit. If bidder is unsuccessful charge will be voided out. Auction Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Auction Company reserves the right to refuse any bidder's bid. Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw items, alter the order of the sale, or group lots as it may deem appropriate. Some items may have a seller reserve. Buyer agrees to accept assets purchased "AS IS", "WITH ALL FAULT" AND "WITH REMOVAL AT BUYER'S RISK AND EXPENSE" Shipping Arrangements: IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRANGE AND PAY FOR PACKING & SHIPPING. WE DO NOT MAKE SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS OR QUOTE SHIPPING CHARGES. ALL BUYERS MUST CONTACT A SHIPPING COMPANY TO MAKE ALL PACKING AND SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS INCLUDING PICK UP, SHIPPING CHARGES, AND CLAIMS. Final arrangements and agreements are strictly between the buyer and the shipper. Gorman Auctions is not responsible for the buyer's choice of a shipper or for any occurrences during shipping.
