PAYMENT: Cash, cashier's check, in-state personal or company checks only if accompanied by bank letter of credit. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Debit cards.
SALES TAX: Sales tax will be collected unless you execute a state sales tax exemption certificate and maintain on file with Wilson's.
NO WARRANTY: All items are sold "AS IS - WHERE IS". No warranties or guarantees, unless specified by auctioneers.
REMOVAL: All items become the buyer's responsibility once sold. Buyer assumes all risk. Wilson's is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
RESALE: Wilson's reserves the right to resale any property not paid for in full on sale day. Buyer shall be responsible for all expenses incurred from resale, collection, and/or damages resulting from the sale.
DISPUTES: Wilson's shall designate the buyer after each item is sold. If a dispute arises between two agents, Wilson's may reopen bidding. Wilson's designation shall be FINAL.
BOUNCED CHACK AND STOP PAYMENT FEES: $25 plus Wilson's lawyer fees, collection fees and other expenses incurred plus LOSS OF CHECK WRITING PRIVILEGES.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium, 18% Buyer's Premium for online bids.
PHONE BIDDING: requires a $500.00 minimum starting bid.
ABSENTEE BIDDING: requires a $20.00 minimum bid.
SHIPPING: Buyer assumes all shipping and handling costs. US Shipping Charge: Pick-Up or shipping quote from outside shipper, we cannot quote ship charges, for an estimate please contact one of the shippers on our website.
