ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Absentee and Phone bids are accepted at the Auctioneer's discretion. Buyers registering for phone or absentee bids must do so before 6 p.m. the day prior to the auction.
All phone or absentee bids must be submitted in writing a signed agreement of the terms by Buyer via email, or online submission to Auctioneer to be accepted.
