1. Buyers must have a credit card on file with their Live Auctioneers bidder account to participate.
2. Galerie du Louvre reserves the right to reject bidders' applications due to disputes on file and payment rates that are not to our standards. All decisions are final.
3. The lots are sold AS IS and NO WARRANTY or guarantee is made or implied as to the condition, authenticity or era of the items. Items without a condition report do not imply perfect condition. Clients are responsible for asking prior to bidding for the condition report. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
4. Items are not available for public inspection. Please ask questions prior to bidding regarding the condition of the item. Additional information and photos are available upon request.
5. By bidding on our items, you accept all payment, shipment and our terms and conditions policies. Bidders can retract bids PRIOR to the auction and must do so themselves via their Live Auctioneers bidder account.
5. Pre-bidding ends 1 hour prior to the start of the auction.
6. Our buyer's premium is charged to ALL LOTS.
7. If a High Bid is simultaneously submitted by more than one bidder, whether online or absentee, the auctioneer will determine the winning bid.
8. Galerie du Louvre will not be held responsible for any "missed" bids by the platform.
9. Galerie du Louvre reserves the right to withdraw items or re-catalogue them.
10. The deadline for all inquiries must be made at 6:00 PM EST, 3:00 PM Pacific, the day PRIOR to the auction.
