Buyer's Responsibility All items are sold "as is" and "where is" with no warranties or guarantees. It is the buyer?s responsibility to carefully read descriptions, review photos, and ask questions prior to bidding. Condition reports are available upon request and are provided as a courtesy only. 3. Payment Payment is due within 5 business days of the auction?s end. Accepted payment methods include: Credit/Debit Cards PayPal ( recommended ) Bank Wire Transfer 4. Sales Tax Buyers are responsible for applicable state and local sales tax . 5. Shipping We offer domestic and limited international shipping. We do not ship to: Russia, China, Africa, or South America. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be billed separately if not included in the invoice. Local pickup is available by appointment. 6. Returns and Refunds All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless there is a major discrepancy in the description. No chargebacks will be accepted. 7. Item Ownership Title of the item passes to the buyer upon full payment. Items not paid for within the allowed timeframe may be resold or offered to the next highest bidder. 8. Disputes Any disputes will be resolved at our sole discretion. Participation in the auction signifies acceptance of these terms. 9. All Images are taken in the direct sunlight due slight changes may occurs while seeing the items in hand . Sizes and Weight all are taken in approx measurements .

Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We do not accept returns under any circumstances due to our strict no-return policy.
