1. We provide best knowledge disclosed to us about auction items.
2. BIDDING: The Auction House reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to reopen bidding.
3.Item must be paid off within 72 hours after the completion of the auction. We accept Pay Pal, wire transfer or Western Union. Please check with us if you have any question regarding payment or any other subject.
4. This Auction bidding is in US dollars.
5. Auction Company will take care of all the shipping and handling. We Provide Free Shipping Service. We Shipped Mostly Via DHL, FedEx, UPS Etc.
6. Unless otherwise indicated, all Items will be offered by Uddiyana Art as agent for Consignor.
7. Uddiyana Art reserves the right to vary the terms of sale, and any such changes shall become part of these Conditions of Sale.
8. Uddiyana Art reserves the right to withdraw any lot prior to sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.
9. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. Neither Uddiyana Art nor the consignor makes any warranties regarding of any kind or nature with respect to Items or its value, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, provenance, authenticity, condition of Items or estimate of value. No statement (oral or written) in this catalog, at the sale, or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation, or any assumption of responsibility. All measurements are approximate.
We recommend the prospective bidders examine all items in which they have an interest. By placing a bid, either in person, by phone, absentee or via the Internet, the bidders signify that they have examined the items as fully as possible, or that they have chosen not to examine the items.
All items are sold 'as is' without warranties regarding condition, quality, or quantity. Uddiyana Art descriptions aim to be accurate and are based on subjective assessments. All sales are final. Uddiyana Art do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an item has been sold.

10. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. The auctioneer has the right to reject any bid, to advance the bidding at his absolute discretion, and in the event of any disputes between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the item in dispute.
11. If the auctioneer determines that any opening or later bid or any advance bid is not commensurate with the value of the Item offered, he may reject the same and withdraw the Item from sale.
12. Overseas Duty Charges Are The Responsibility Of The Buyer. We Cannot Provide Additional Documentations If Buyer Needed.
