Condition reports are available upon request and are provided as a courtesy only. 3. Payment Payment is due within 5 business days of the auction?s end. Shipping We offer domestic and limited international shipping. We do not ship to: Russia, China, Africa, or South America. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be billed separately if not included in the invoice. Local pickup is available by appointment. 6. Returns and Refunds All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless there is a major discrepancy in the description. No chargebacks will be accepted. 7.
