All property will be offered and sold by BIJOU LUXURY CONSIGNMENT as agent for the Consignor subject to the following terms and conditions:
-ALL LOTS ARE SOLD 'AS IS'.
-We will assist Purchaser with shipping arrangements. ALL handling and Shipping costs paid by purchaser.
A Condition Report of a given lot will be found on Live Auctioneers.
Condition reports are provided as a courtesy and are based solely on opinion and observation and are not a guarantee of an item's quality, neither imply or reflect expectations subject to the given age of the lot/item(s).
Condition reports carry no guarantee, implied or otherwise, of their correctness. A condition report does not presume that all aspects of a particular lot have been analyzed. But we strive to analyze every item before listing and provide as accurate account of condition as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to respond to all requests for condition depending upon the volume of requests. BIJOU LUXURY CONSIGNMENT cannot guarantee that all requests will be answered.
- Additional photos for a given lot may become available and will be
uploaded to Live Auctioneers - at BIJOU LUXURY CONSIGNMENTS discretion - on the LiveAuctioneers page that corresponds with that lot.
- Credit Approval: Internet bidders are REQUIRED to provide valid name,
address, phone number and email address as well bank references or credit card number (with corresponding expiration date and pin number)
to Live Auctioneers to be approved for bidding. Potential bidders that do not meet these criteria will be approved on a case-by-case basis, and ONLY after contacting BIJOU LUXURY CONSIGNMENT regarding the status of their pending
application.
-Payment: LiveAuctioneers generated invoices will be sent out via email following each session of BIJOU LUXURY CONSIGNMENTS auction or within 2 days. Payment is expected within ten (7) business days from the end of the auction. Accepted forms of payment are: AUTHORIZE.NET (maximum $10,000), Bank Wire Transfer, Money Order, Personal Check and Certified Check. Purchased items paid for by personal check may be removed from the premises once the check has cleared the bank. Credit Card payments of Visa, MC, AMEX or Discover may be accepted but are subject to certain limitations including a signed credit release form.
-Shipment of Purchased Lots: BIJOU LUXURY CONSIGNMENT is not responsible for the
shipment of items. All shipping and related costs are the responsibility
of the purchaser. If you are the successful bidder and require an
item(s) to be shipped, BIJOU LUXURY CONSIGNMENT may provide you with SHIPPING assistance on a case by case basis via FED EX or USPS. All shipping and moving companies that have no affiliation with our our store.
Will arrange for International Shipping with Buyer.
-Packing/Shipment Quotes: Prospective bidders are encouraged to contact
their shippers for packing and transport quotes prior to bidding, and
should be aware that these costs may include fees for pick-up,
materials, packing, insurance and transport.
