Our pieces range from framed original prints by Fragonard, to decorative antique terracotta pedastals crafted into table lamps, and Louis XVI carved mirrors in their original gild. Terms & Conditions

1. All lots are sold "AS IS". Regarding works of Art, Salem's of Paris does not make any express or implied warranty as to the authorship and is stated the author to the best of our ability and knowledge. Their condition is stated and described to the best of our ability. If you require further information, a request for a condition report is available. 2. The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer shall be the buyer. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer may at his sole discretion immediately put the lot up for sale again. The Auctioneer's decision shall be final and binding upon all bidders. 3. A premium equal to 15% of the successful bid price of each lot will be added to the invoice and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price. 4. No lot will be released to the buyer until payment in full has been made to Salem's of Paris including buyer's premium and any applicable taxes or shipping. Payment must be recieved within seven business days from the date of sale. If payment has not been received within the seven day period and no other arrangements have been agreed to in writing, the buyer will be subject to storage and late fees to be determined by Salem's of Paris. These fees will not exceed $35.00 per day per lot. 4. Packing and handling of any and all purchased lots are at the entire risk of the buyer. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions in regard to handling, packing, and shipping. If we arrange for these services at our discretion, Salem's of Paris will charge the buyer with an administrative charge. Buyer pays actual shipping, handling, and insurance costs from our gallery to the final destination. 5. If the buyer fails to comply with an of the Condition of Sale, we reserve the right to utilize any remedies available to: hold the defaulting buyer liable for the purchase price and/or cancel the sale.
