GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS All items listed in the online catalogue are offered by TOADILYHAUTE LLC, either as an agent for the consignor or as owner. Everything is sold strictly AS IS and WHERE IS. While we do our best to describe the items properly, neither TOADILYHAUTE LLC nor the consignors make any guarantees or warranties to the accuracy of these descriptions or has responsibility for any error or omission of item description. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. TOADILYHAUTE LLC nor the agents or consignor, guarantee the authenticity of listed items, brands, certificates, signatures, weights and/or measurements, etc. of listed items. Any condition statement given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement or a fact. In all cases, prospective buyers are responsible for determining the physical condiion of lots, as their are no returns based on condition. TOADILYHAUTE LLC reserves the right to withdraw or combine any items or lots listed in the catalogue at its sole discretion. TOADILYHAUTE LLC has final say in any dispute among bids or winning bidders and shall be conclusive in any dispute. Listed items may have a reserve which is a confidential minimum bid price agreed to between TOADILYHAUTE LLC and the consignor. Any reserve/minimum bid will be either published at or below the published low estimate. Advance bidding, open bidding and Buy Now Offers up to the amount of reserve may be published and acquired removing item without notice on behalf of the seller. TOADILYHAUTE LLC reserves the right to refuse a bid from a potential buyer who has not established themselves for buyer verification with management prior to the auction. BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY The purchase price payable by a buyer shall be the final bid and No Returns Accepted. All purchases are subject to GA sales tax rate of 7% unless adjusted by the State and/or local municipality. TOADILYHAUTE LLC accepts the following methods of payment: credit cards American Express, Visa, Master Card or Discover. Alternate form of payments not accepted. No merchandise shall be released prior to the end of the auction session. TOADILYHAUTE LLC reserves the right to hold merchandise until full payment has been received and cleared by our bank. All items must be paid and removed within five (5) business days from the date of auction unless delayed arrangements are made and approved with maximum courtesy 10-day hold. Items are subject to a storage fee of $10.00 per item per week if not removed within the required time frame. All storage fees and invoices must be paid in full prior to release. Shipping / Postage. The most suitable and cheapest method of shipping will be chosen to ensure adequate insurance coverage and to keep costs to a minimum. Postage, packing with appropriate insurance coverage will be added to the buyers invoice, shortly after the sale, unless items are picked up directly. Shipping costs for European Union buyers are subject to VAT at 17.5% and this will be included on your invoice. Please be aware that international shipping costs can be high for items heavy in weight and potential buyers should take this into consideration when bidding. Once your account has been paid in full the items will be dispatched. TOADILYHAUTE LLC, may or may not facilitate pack and ship arrangements based on administrative and seasonal limitations and will provide list of recommended shippers for bidders to arrange shipment of acquired lots. TOADILYHAUTE LLC is not liable for the acquired lots and declared value coverage is the responsibility and goes into effect once the item has been picked up or released for shipment upon buyer request.
