In no event will the liability of Fletcher Gallery, Ltd. to any purchaser with respect to any item exceed the purchase price actually paid by such purchaser for such item. 7. If pieces are not picked up or shipping is not arranged within two months, an art storage charge of $50 a month will be assessed.
