13% buyers fee applied to all sales. All items to be sold to the highest bidder, with no reserve. All items sold as-is, where-is, with no returns. Buyers are reminded to do their own due diligence prior to bidding. Silver Spring Estate Services, Inc. is not restricted to preset bidding increments. Auctioneers bidder increments during auction supersedes any preset bid increment. Auction catalog items are described to the best of knowledge of the auction company and are subject to change. Silver Spring Estate Services, Inc. makes no representation or warranties as to the identity or quality of any item. Silver Springs will assist in coordination with a third party shipper. However, buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees and setting up a third party shipper. All purchases must be picked up or shipped out within 10 days after the auction, items not removed after 10 days will be subject to a $10 per day storage charge up to 30 days. After 30 days the item(s) can be re-sold at the descretion of Silver Spring Estate Services, Inc.
