Joel L. Malter Numismatic Library

The Joel L. Malter Library is a world renowned assemblage of numismatic reference works, with many of the rarest and most sought after titles. The first half of the auction, session 1 (lots 1 – 1032) begins with a nice run of Antiquarian books from the middle 17th century up until the mid-19th Century. The next few sections cover general books on Greek and Roman coins and coin hoards. Next we have successive sections, which feature most of the important and sought after titles in ancient numismatic literature. The auction will be in two sessions, the first June 4th, 10 AM, (lots 1 – 1032), and Monday, June 5th,11 AM, (lots 1022 – 1694).
