The over 725 photos are the most important and largest part of the item descriptions, they are the true cosmetic description of each lot.

Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them.
We encourage and welcome any questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and all items are sold as-is, where-is.

Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty the authenticity of any item.
For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion.
In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are NOT authenticators of any items represented by us.

SHIPPING: The UPS Store, Mt. Pocono, PA. does all of the shipping for this auction unless the size of the item prohibits that.
They have been shipping for us for 14 years, no items have arrived broken, or gone missing, good service is not inexpensive.
Items will be delivered to The UPS Store by us the week of 5/21.

PICK UP in PERSON: If you are local, or traveling to the area The UPS Store will hand your item(s) to you at their location at no charge.
You must notify us if picking up in person, if not your items will be shipped to you.

They will call you when your shipment is ready to be sent to you, they will get your cc info from you at that time to pay for service.
Items not claimed for shipment are abandoned to the auctioneer after 30 days post-sale; no refund will be processed.

PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed by midnight the day auction the auction. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases.
Issues with payment will result in a suspended account with us and the bidding platform.
