Item Details
Description
A very historic property built in 1670 and the home of the last native american resident of the Town of Medfield. This door was located in the loft of the barn on that property. It is not a 17th or 18th-C door, but appears to be a 19th-C made door with rose head nails for an exterior frame in the house. It has become a piece of american art, having two red slag glass windows (one has a crack), a peephole, A horseshoe door knocker, and a modern deadbolt lock located above the 18th-C bean latch handle. Nice for display or re-use in an historic house. Measures 30" wide x 73" high x 1-5/8" thick.
