Ruby: Measuring approximately 8.25 x 6.29 x 4.57mm (constrained by bezel-set), approximately 2.00 carats by formula Of intense red hue, strong saturation and tone, good lustre. Under fluorescence light it shows a very slight purple undertone, almost unnoticeable. Appears to be eye-clean. Under 10x magnification, parallel striation and a cluster of crystals on the side but are hardly noticeable from the front. In our opinion, the intensity and hue is reminiscent of 'pigeon's blood' colour. Accompanied by a Malaysian report (Asia Gemological Laboratory) stating that the ruby is natural, Mozambique, heated.
