689. Lon Chaney Sr. miniature diorama dressing room. This incredibly detailed fan-built miniature diorama display features Lon Chaney Sr.'s dressing room. The table is laid out with Chaney's famous makeup kit containing the teeth from London After Midnight, a wig on a bust, comb, brush, scissors, various bottles, mirror, and many other items. On the walls hang 16 portraits of Lon Chaney in his iconic roles and a poster for He Who Gets Slapped. Standing next to the table are miniature crutches and leg appliances from his role as "Blizzard" in The Penalty. Six shaded lights are installed on the ceiling and the diorama is wired for illumination but lights are not functioning. The left arm of the director chair is broken but could be easily repaired. A very well constructed display which obviously took many man hours to build. Measures 19 ½ in. wide x 12 in. tall x 13 ½ in. deep. $400 - $600
