Unsigned Ovoid 2-Gallon Stoneware Jug Dated 1834. Attributed to Clark & Fox, Athens, NY. 14"h. Condition: Good, no damage.

Nice large 4 gallon bulbous jar, double handles, clear impressed mark for Clark and Fox, Athens NY, cobalt vine and bud, ( Clark and fox operated 1829-1838) at this location Line Item # 15

Rare jug with Dove or pigeon but does have a significant crack down the front also has some discoloration. 15 1/2 in tall.

Signed N. Clark / Athens w/cobalt wreath decoration, blue marks at handles, 12" tall w/lid. Knife edged mouth rim has some chipping typical of utilitarian stoneware
