Description
David B. Ward (1947-2020) - Essex, CT c.2000's -18.25" long - Bold and large Hudsonian curlew decoy. Hollow carved with phenomenal sculpture and paint application. The head is turned slightly off to the left. The wings are raised and carved back towards a raised point that meeds over the tail. The wingtips are deeply carved out. Stamped with his DBW initials near the stick hole. - - Condition: Mint
