The cupping wings are gouge carved topside and bottom. The flight feathers are all individually relief carved. The highly detailed carved feet are inserted into the bodies. Not missing any details the bills are finely carved with details on both sides, on the underside, and bill bridge. The off center hang point allows it to appear entirely natural unlike many of his fliers which have center hang points. Signed and dated by the maker on the top of one flight feather on each bird. Condition: Near mint with some marks and a tight age separation on the underside of the drakes wing near the body.
