This Springfield Armory, Inc., (Geneseo, IL) M1 Garand "T" .308 Conversion Rifle was produced in the early 1980s. These rifles were produced using commercial receivers/ barrels & wood, with the rest of the parts being either refinished original GI parts or refinished NOS parts. SPECS: 24" Barrel, walnut stock with lift side cartouche, adjustable aperture rear battle sight, wing protected front post sight, bayonet lug, sling rings, green canvas sling, checkered metal buttplate with cleaning kit compartment (does not include kit) and 8-round internal magazine.
