Description

A quality framed English sampler c 1810 that features Wollaton Hall, Nottinghamshire, a whiskered lion, an eagle, houses, a floral border, figures, and a central prayer. It is signed Ellon Briddon age 12. Some of the colors have run along the bottom. It measures 20" tall X 19" across in its frame.
