B-24 Liberator Model Plane
This aircraft is an American heavy bomber. It was used extensively in World War II where it served in every branch of the American armed forces. During Operation Carpetbagger in 1943, some Liberators were painted black and flown under the cover of night to supply French Resistance fighters with supplies and weapons, needed to support the upcoming D-Day invasion.
This handcrafted replica has moveable props and hand carved details, it is made of mahogany wood and finished with high gloss polyurethane and a deep wood grain. Stand Included.
