RARE VIKING WARRIOR’S BEARD RING

Description

9th-11th century AD. Silvered bronze, round, circular section 0.68", 5/8" diameter and 0.52" inside. 1.1mm thick with flat faces. The use of beard rings by Vikings is well recorded though very few genuine examples survive. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold overlay restored. See the reference image which shows the process. Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
