These three hand reloading tools were manufactured by Winchester Arms Company. There is one model 1880 tool and it is marked "40-60 WCF Pat Sept 14 1880". The other 2 tools are model 1891 tools. One tool is marked "45 Govt Patent applied for" and the other "38-55, Pat March 17, 91".

Condition
Good - Tools show oxidation and pitting, but function properly. The two model 1891 are missing a part on the side.
