Antique Colt 1860 Army With .44 Centerfire Conversion Kit

Description

This appears to be a replica Colt 1860 Army percussion revolver with conversion kit. Features an 8" round barrel with brass blade front sight and rear notch on the conversion. Barrel is unmarked. Frame is marked "COLT'S PATENT" on the left side, "C" on the trigger guard and "44 CAL" at the rear of the trigger guard. Richards style conversion cylinder, six round for .44 centerfire ammunition. Matching serial number 2065 on the bottom of the frame, brass trigger guard and grip strap. Grip strap does not have the rear base notch. Fitted with smooth walnut wood grips. This may or may not be an original Colt with later conversion parts. CALIBER/GA: 44 CF. S/N: 2065. FFL: C&R.
