
This Carcano rifle was manufactured in Italy at the Brescia Armory in 1942. It is chambered in 6.5x52 Carcano with an 18 1/2" barrel. It is fitted with an inverted "V" blade style front sight and rear sight adjustable for elevation. The folding bayonet has been removed and the mounting point has been smoothed out. The stock is fitted with sling mounts on the left side and looks to have the matching number to the receiver near the butt plate, although faded. The butt stock has the compartment door for the cleaning rod and is empty inside. LOP: 12 1/2". CALIBER/GA: 6.5x52 Carcano. S/N: XV2047. FFL: C&R.
Condition
Good - Bore is shiny with visible rifling. Stock has only a few dings and spotting in the wood. Some of the metal parts show oxidation. Folding bayonet has been removed.
