
This M91 Mosin Nagant rifle was made in 1917 by the Remington Armory in the USA and is chambered in 7.62x54R. It features an inverted V front sight on a 32 1/2" barrel with cleaning rod stored below in the stock. The adjustable rear sight is marked for distance on the left side. The wood stock shows dings from use but no visible cracks. The top of the barrel and receiver reads "Remington Armory 1917" with the double head eagle cartouche below the serial number on the hexagon style receiver. Numbers on the bolt, receiver, butt plate, and magazine/Trigger guard are non-matching. Also included is a spike bayonet with leather scabbard. LOP: 13 1/2". CALIBER/GA: 7.62x54R. S/N: 25302. Fair - Mechanics are good, bore is frosty with visible rifling. Stock shows dings and scratches. Oxidation is visible on many metal parts.
